We are the first gourmet waffle truck catering to weddings in Salt Lake City, Utah. We make delicious Liege waffles and drive around Utah County to share the waffle love. With our amazing waffles, it’s more than a waffle; it’s love at first bite. Liege waffles originated in Belgium in the 18th century when the Prince of Liege asked his chef to make him a waffle pastry with sugar nibs. They have been a tradition in Belgium ever since. We make our waffles with dough made fresh daily and imported Belgian pearl sugar. The waffles are created on cast iron waffle irons for a caramelized and crispy exterior and a moist and dense interior. We never use artificial flavors or sweeteners. To every extent possible, we buy all local natural produce.
