He can legally conduct weddings in all 50 states. This is because of his church denomination and that he spent 20 years as an active duty Army chaplain. He has enjoyed conducting weddings for couples from all over the world. The Phillipines, Korea, Congo, Nigeria, Hungary and Japan.
