About the Vendor
Life is full of transitions! The big ones…. birth, marriage, children, and return to the world of Spirit…are what Life Celebrations is all about. My life’s journey has moved me from a small farming town in Western New York to the central coast of California, and from being a fundamentalist Christian, to embracing the truth found in all religions. My spiritual journey has opened my mind and heart to gay and straight, to people of faith and to those who claim no spiritual path. If you are in a time of transition in your life and are looking to celebrate it, affirm it, learn from it and grow through it, I’d love to talk with you. I enjoy doing premarital counseling, and recommend it, but do not require it for those who wish to use my services. I’d love to hear your story and create a ceremony that fits you, that speaks to your mind as well as your heart.
Experience
Brian graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary, earning a Master of Divinity degree. Additionally, for 20 years, he was a staff member of the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. Over the years, his spiritual journey has continued, and his religion is now simply Love! No dogma, no doctrine—just LOVE, which, he says, is the religion that Jesus taught and lived!
Services Offered
Life Celebrations provides officiant services, including premarital counseling if desired, and personalized wedding ceremonies, including civil unions, interfaith ceremonies, non-religious ceremonies, rehearsals, single-religious ceremonies, vow renewals blessings of children and homes, and baptisms. The following are the religions that the officiant services: basically all religions or no religion at all.
