Services Offered
After perfecting the cultural cooking practices of his mother alongside many years of chef experience and education, Chef Ernie has mastered the art of catering at weddings and other events. Some of EJ 2Step Caterers’ full service amenities include bartending, day-of-event coordination, customized cake creation and delivery, and, primarily, catering. The team caters small to large gatherings from 25 to 1000 guests, including birthdays, engagements, rehearsal dinners, and other celebrations of life.
Cuisine
Among their standout offerings are Chef Ernie’s homemade huge selection of empanadas, fried on-site where allowed. They also offer the convenience of take-home catering for 25-50 people. They feature a tempting selection of options, from shrimp cocktails, bruschetta, caprese skewers to charcuterie spreads, quesadillas, stuffed mushrooms and much more for just their appetizers!
