Carmela Marie is a family-owned and operated wedding catering company based in Plantsville, Connecticut. With over 35 years of experience, we’ve helped hundreds of couples create magical wedding days—delivering delicious cuisine, exceptional service, and memorable experiences, all while staying within budget.
We specialize in catering weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and private parties throughout Connecticut. Our waitstaff ensures that your guests are taken care of, and we provide everything you need for a seamless event.
Couples are invited to a free tasting to meet our executive chef and team and explore our extensive menu options. Our large kitchen allows us to create virtually any cuisine, including options for guests with food allergies.
You will find that we are very reasonably priced and that you will have fewer things to rent. Each menu package includes full set-up, waitstaff, and clean-up. While we offer a buffet and a dinner menu, our most popular menu is our table station menu for $63 per guest plus 22% service. This package includes:
- A Cocktail Hour with hot and cold appetizers, including shrimp cocktail
- 3 Dinner Stations – salad, buffet, and a carving station
- Dessert with moose shooters, cannoli, petit fours, mini bite size cheesecakes, more!
- 2-Tier Wedding Cake
- White Linen Tablecloths for guest tables
- White Linen Napkins
- Flatware settings
- Dinner menu cards
- Set-up, Waitstaff and Clean-up
Glass and Chinaware rental are also available for an additional fee.
