Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all users of The Weddify platform. It explains the terms and conditions related to refunds, cancellations, and account billing.

For Couples

• The Weddify acts solely as a marketplace facilitator.
• Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the individual vendor’s policies.
• AIM Platinum LLC does not process or guarantee refunds for vendor services.

For Vendors

• All subscription, listing, advertising, and promotional fees are non-refundable.
• Setup fees and completed services are non-refundable.
• Vendors may cancel services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise agreed.

Billing Errors

Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments or technical billing errors caused by the platform. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

No Partial Refunds

Partial months, incomplete services, or account suspension due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
