The story of TheWeddify began with a simple yet powerful bond between a father and his son. Eric John grew up watching his father, the late Minister John, a deeply respected wedding officiant known for his warmth, sincerity, and the way he brought every love story to life. Minister John believed every couple deserved a ceremony that felt personal and heartfelt—but like many passionate professionals, he struggled to reach the couples who needed him most. Wanting to help, Eric, a talented software engineer and marketing expert, stepped in. He began creating digital tools, strategies, and online solutions to support his father’s work. What started as a personal mission to help one officiant soon revealed a much bigger need: countless wedding professionals were facing the same challenges. So Eric built a platform dedicated to supporting officiants: a place where they could grow, be discovered, and serve couples with ease. But as the platform grew, so did the vision. Couples needed more than officiants; they needed photographers, planners, florists, venues, makeup artists, decorators, and dozens of other experts who could make their dream day complete. And so, TheWeddify was born an evolution of Eric’s original mission, expanded into a complete, modern wedding marketplace. Today, TheWeddify carries forward Minister John’s legacy by blending human connection with smart technology, making it easier for couples to find the perfect vendors and for professionals to thrive doing what they love.
